30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used extensively
- Items with visible signs of abuse or misuse
- Items that have been modified or altered
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Important Notes
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).
- For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@likebike.bike to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, including the return address.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the item to the provided address with a tracking number.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund accordingly.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@likebike.bike.
Warranty
Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a bike that I've ridden?
Yes, you can return a bike that you've ridden within the 30-day return period, but it must be in good condition without excessive wear or damage. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
Do I need the original packaging to return an item?
While we strongly prefer returns in original packaging, we understand this isn't always possible. Please contact our customer service team for guidance if you no longer have the original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
