Shipping Policy
Shipping Area
We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO.
*Only bikes shipped within the United States are eligible for free shipping. Bulk orders or freight are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to bikes only. Accessories and parts may incur shipping charges.
Shipping Time
- Our products are typically shipped within 48 hours via FedEx (unless the product purchased is a pre-order product). For pre-order/out of stock orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
- Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your email. Any accessories you purchase with your bike may ship separately, and it's normal if you receive them at different times. If something is left behind and you still haven't received it 5 days after we update the tracking, please contact us with a brief description of the issue.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. Shipping times depend on the distance from the warehouse, and all estimated/typical delivery times are derived from data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
- If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately.
- Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), (GMT-5) US Eastern Time Zone.
Shipping Carrier
We always use FedEx for shipping. A signature from an adult 21 years or older is required upon delivery of the package.
If you plan to use any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documents.
Shipping Changes
- We provide free shipping and taxes for US orders for each bike.
- Order Changes
Order Cancellation Address Change Before Shipping Free Free After Shipping $180 will be charged per bike as a cancellation fee Delivery address cannot be changed after shipping - For returns without quality issues, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping to return the item. Please see our "Return and Refund Policy" for more information.
Friendly Reminder
- Signature is required for FedEx delivery.
- If you have not received your bike, but the logistics order shows that the goods have been signed for. In this case, please contact us within 3 business days and we will help you resolve this issue. Otherwise, after 3 business days, we will no longer process this issue, and the customer needs to contact the corresponding logistics company to resolve this issue.
- Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance time changes or public holidays. If you do not receive your package according to the estimates above, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Damage
We will replace any parts that are deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to Likebike within 14 days of the goods arriving. This applies to all products, including bikes and accessories.
Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the shipping box, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately. If you discover damage after opening, please take photos of the damaged items and contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our products are only available for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasionally delays may occur due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Inventory shortages
We will notify you of any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates when possible.
